We're looking for our next Shift Supervisor to join the team at Dropzone Taupō!

This isn't your average hospitality job. One minute you're helping launch a birthday party, the next you're pouring a drink, supporting the kitchen, solving a customer query, or jumping in to help the team during a busy bowling session. Every day is different, and that's exactly how we like it. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What you'll be doing:

🎳 Helping to Lead shifts across our busy entertainment venue
🎉 Delivering amazing customer experiences
🍔 Supporting our café, bar and kitchen operations
👥 Motivating and supporting the team
✅ Keeping operations running smoothly and safely
💡 Solving problems with a smile and staying calm under pressure

What we're looking for:

✔ Hospitality experience (supervisory experience is a bonus)
✔ Available to work a variety of shifts across our 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
✔ Holds a Duty Manager's Certificate, or is eligible and willing to obtain one
✔ A confident leader who enjoys working with people
✔ Great communication skills and a positive attitude
✔ Reliable, organised and able to think on your feet
