We’re looking for an experienced, confident Shift Supervisor to take ownership of our evening shifts 5 days a week.

This is a proper hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for running the venue in the evenings – leading the team, looking after our customers, keeping the bar running smoothly and making sure everything gets done before the doors close for the night.

We need someone who can:

• Deliver excellent customer service
• Lead, support and delegate to a team with confidence
• Multitask like a ninja when things get busy 🥷
• Run a bar with ease
• Handle customer issues and make good decisions on the spot
• Complete end-of-night procedures and cash-ups accurately
• Work alongside the team rather than just telling them what to do
• Stay calm, organised and in control when there are 15 things happening at once!

You’ll need to hold a Manager’s Certificate or be willing and eligible to obtain one.

Previous supervisory, hospitality or management experience would be a big advantage. Experience with ordering and stock control would also be great, but isn’t essential.

This is an evening position, 5 shifts per week, so we need someone who genuinely wants evening work and can commit to those shifts reliably.

Dropzone is a busy place. We have bowling, Bounce Park, Ninja, arcades, Digger Zone, food, a bar, parties and events all operating under one roof – so this definitely isn’t a role where you’ll spend the evening watching the clock!
